FamilyADHD’s Gluten-free, Dairy-free Fall Apple Crisp Recipe

written by familyadhd

When we’re not traveling you can often catch us at home homeschooling and cooking. We have gotten a lot of requests on social media to share some of our family recipes this fall, so we thought we’d start with a traditional fall dessert–apple crisp! Ours is dairy-free,  gluten-free and does not use cane sugar, so it’s great for those with restricted diets like some of the members of our ADHD family.

Enjoy and feel free to share!

It really is quite easy, especially for being gluten-free and dairy-free!

I love apple crisp! It's one of the only ways I'll eat oats.
